A very pleasant stay. The building was clean and quiet and had everything I needed. If anything, the housekeeping staff outdid themselves - kept giving new towels when I hadn't asked - but it's not really a negative. Only down side was the night porter, who didn't seem very helpful, and the WiFi...

Had a lovely stay, rooms had everything we needed and were great value. Only slight improvement would have been to have the 3 rooms we booked next to eachother as we had requested when booking. Not a major problem though as we're all on the same floor. Thanks for a great stay

Everything great apart from the constant hum of something (machinery?) outside all night. I don't know what it was and whether it was permanent or temporary but in all honesty it would put me off staying there again. Maybe it's me. it might not bother others.

Really good place and absolutely amazing for the price and would be staying here again whenever I'm going to Leeds.
