We would like to welcome you to our Guest House which is nestled within the heart of lincoln (find us), our aim is to make you feel at home when you stay with us, relaxed & in warm comfortable surroundings.

We are one of the nearest Guesthouses to the City centre, lincoln University & the spectacular Cathedral / historic area of lincoln, all you need to do is park your car using one of our free guest parking permits & stretch your legs with a short walk to all of the City attractions.

We have a number of differently designed rooms on three floors, including three on the ground floor for easy access, all our rooms are beautifully decorated & furnished with lots of extras including coffee and tea facilities in every room, flat screen TV's with built-in DVD. For cycling enthusiasts, we have a secure area for cycle bikes at the rear of the house.

An added extra to your visit is our lovely garden which when in bloom is just spectacular, relax with a bottle of wine or a good book by the small pond or chill out in our lovely conservatory which has complimentary tea & coffee making facilities.

Another important part of your stay is of course breakfast, we have two breakfast rooms where we serve up a freshly made breakfast to order, choseour extensive breakfast menu which offers locally sourced produce including smoked salmon with scrambled eggs & of course our famous lincolnshire sausage as part of our full English breakfast. We cater for vegetarians' & most other dietary needs, just let us know if you have any allergies to food product or please bring your own if you like?

We try to be as flexible as possible, we are happy for guests to check in early in the day.
