Visión general

Annette B&B está situado en el centro de Roma, cerca del Castillo de San Ángel, San Pedro Encadenado, los Museos Vaticanos y la Capilla Sixtina, que son algunos de los monumentos más visitados del mundo, y está situado a pocos pasos de Piazza Navona y Piazza di Spagna.

Annette B&B está ubicado en un edificio del siglo XIX completamente renovado y adaptado, con respeto y encanto del pasado, a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Sus habitaciones, más amplias que la media, están todas equipadas con todas las comodidades modernas necesarias:

Todas las habitaciones tienen una decoración clásica y finos suelos de madera. Todas ellas disponen de baño privado, TV, caja fuerte, conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y aire acondicionado. Todos los días se sirve un desayuno continental en la planta baja.

A unos 100 metros del B&B hay una parada de la línea de autobús que conecta Roma con el aeropuerto principal.


Historia

The Area, Prati, was named after the disappeared Prata Neronis, called in the Middle Ages also Prata Sancti Petri, deleted after 1870 by development of the district. Its symbol is the shape of the mausoleum of Hadrian in blue on silver background; It must be pointed out that the mausoleum of Hadrian (Castel Sant'Angelo) does not belong to Prati but to Borgo. Here there are Piazza dei Quiriti and Piazza Cavour, and the Historical Museum of the Carabinieri (Army).

There are several buses that reach the B&B, including bus 492 at the stop of Via Crescenzo, which leads to the streets of the historical and monumental city; also, the accommodation is close to the underground “line A” (red line), stops “Lepanto” and “Ottaviano”, both a 10 minutes- walk away.

Please note that tourists visiting the city of Rome will be requested to pay a Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. This tax is not included in the price of the room and must be paid directly at reception upon arrival.
