The B&B, recently built, is located in a modern villa from which the name Villa Melchiorre comes from.

The transfers are easily facilitated by the vicinity with the majors underground lines (Yellow Line “Sondrio”), tram, buses and trains which connect the B&B directly with the Nicaragua Hospital, Bicocca University and Politecnico University in Città Studi, the new convention centre FieraMilano at Rho-Pero, Arcimboldi Theatre and the Garibaldi FN and Centrale FS Stations.
Being located on the external bypass, the B&B is also reachable from the Meazza Stadium (San Siro), where all the football events and international concerts take place.
