A deposit of 12% is taken upon completing the booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. The remaining payment should be made upon arrival as per the instructions provided within the "Entry Info" section of the booking confirmation email.
Please note an additional Good Housekeeping Deposit of £75.00 will be required upon in addition to the booking value.
The Good Housekeeping Deposit (GHD) is a bond which represents an agreement to leave the house and contents as found. The owner may claim for any loss or damage up to the amount of the GHD. In addition to damages, the management may claim for excessive cleaning costs, smoking in non-smoking properties over-occupancy etc. They may make a claim for any costs arising from your rental which were not anticipated or factored into your rental. Please be aware that smoking in the houses or taking dogs into houses which do not accept pets leads to the full GHD being claimed.
