We are a traditional, family run pub, in the Staffordshire village of Handscare with Armitage, situated between the historic city of Lichfield and Rugeley Town.
We offer all you would expect from a village Inn; Cask Marque accredited real ales, delicious homemade food and a comfortable place to sleep.
A great place to base yourself to explore the many attractions of Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.
Please note: the rooms area available on a Monday and Sunday evening but the pub is closed.
Our accommodation is offered on a room only basis. The rooms are situated in annex next to The Olde Peculiar which used to be the stables for the Inn.
