Visión general

Residence Argüelles is a students residence that is located in one of the best areas of the city, "Arguelles". A few minutes' walk from Plaza de España and Gran Via. Surronded by lots of shops and restaurants.

In 2013, the residence was fully renovated, so that both its facilities and its furnishings are brand new.

There is a large dining room with buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner service. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. Lunch or dinner will have a surcharge of €7.

There are also three comfortable TV rooms and a student support centre with a library, where you can print and copy, two solariums and a fitness Center.

Residence support is available 24 hours a day, with an emergency number for anything you might need in Madrid. All staff is bilingual in English and French.


Historia

The residence welcomes students from around the world and helps them integrate into Madrid.

The following events are organised during the year:

Housewarming Party in October, Gala Christmas in December, Fiesta Carnival in February, gourmet menus from different countries throughout the year and closing party in June.

None of these events will have an additional cost to residents.

Comida y bebida

The residence has its own kitchen, where it produces a varied menu and home-made food.

Breakfast: included in the room rate. Buffet with coffee, tea, juice, toast, biscuits, pastries and fruit.

Lunch and dinner: there is an extra charge of €7. There is a buffet with salad, soup or cream and fruit. Starter, main course and dessert are to be served to the resident at the table.

All residents can request a picnic one day in advance at a cost of €7.

Once a month there is a gastronomic menu of a different country.

West Park is one of the most important green campuses in Madrid and is located in front of the residence.

There is a metro station a few metres from the entrance of the residence and several bus stops. It is well connected with the city and you can walk to many places.
