The Royal is a modern inn & dining pub situated in the large village of Bolton-le-Sands on the busy A6 connecting the M6 with Lancaster & Morecambe. The Royal benefits from 7 modern en-suite bedrooms above the pub alongside a modern & seasonal fresh food menus. Well connected to the surrounding areas the Royal would serve as a great base for guests wanting to explore the Lake District, the Yorkshire dales and surrounding parts of Lancashire.
Our menus change monthly and showcase the best of local, fresh & seasonal food in a modern and relaxed atmosphere. We're family friendly and are more than happy to welcome our 4 legged friends in all areas of the pub - we have lots of local hounds that love their visits to the Royal! If you're visiting over a weekend, be sure to check out our show-stopping Sunday roasts, although we only serve them in limited quantities and often sell out! We also have a newly refurbished beautiful garden which all guests are more than welcome to sit out and relax in although we don't take bookings for outside.
Check-ins are between 2-9pm on the day of arrival and guests would need to be checked out by 10am on the day of leaving.
