Magpie Lane House (Oriel College), Oxford

We had a wonderful stay at the Magpie Lane apartment! The location was phenomenal, check-in and check-out were very simple, and everyone was helpful and friendly. We loved having a living room and kitchen. Be forewarned that the several sets of winding stairs are quite steep and small-- for us it was fun, but it could be a challenge for others.

My stay at the Magpie Lane House was very pleasant. The check-in process was easy and the porters at the Porters' Lodge were helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean and very conveniently located. I would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Magpie Lane -- room 2 -- the location was so wonderful, being close to both High Street and the Oxford campus. The room was cozy and we loved the shortbread treats. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was just as described. The spiral staircase up to the room was very narrow but we managed when we took two trips to carry out luggage.
