Centrally located. Peter and his son were very pleasant and helped with any Information needed as well as suggested points of interest and provided necessary maps. Julia who served breakfast was also pleasant. Breakfast could be more varied especially for anyone staying for an extended period.

Really enjoyed my recent stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing that could be improved on would be by proving something to dry the bathroom floor. It tended to stay very wet for hours after using the shower. Perhaps a rubber sweeping brush to brush the water back towards the drain?

Worth paying extra for a room on the first floor overlooking canal. Location on Canal Street means it is easy to find, particularly for LGBT people. Very central for Manchester's night life.
