Goldsmid House, Victoria, London

The location is excellent. The staff were very helpful, and helped me carry luggage when the elevator was briefly out of service. My room and all of the common areas were clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and clear about the elevator outage and the ongoing construction noise. The only issue was that my room was opposite the loading dock and out vent for the Sainsbury's across the street--a little louder than preferred at night. But I would 100% stay again, it was GREAT otherwise.

UCL Goldsmid House accommodation by Universityrooms is wonderful. You have all you need. The location is unbeatable just a short walk from Victoria train, coach and subway stations . You have a large kitchen,microvawe, toaster, fridge, all utensils, iron,ironing board, all. Rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff are polite. It is a wonderful experience.

I was particularly impressed with the communication when there was no hot water, and when it was fixed. My room was directly opposite Sainsbury's Air conditioning outlet, so was quite noisy (as I had to keep the windows open because of the heat) but that was just unfortunate - so not a complaint.

Room was clean and nice and quite spacious. En suite shower was clean and modern and everything worked well. Summer heat and courtyard building demolition was a bit uncomfortable but out of anyone's control. Excellent location and excellent value for money in central London! Will be back.

Cleaning was not done the last week, and the building retains too much warmth, which means that it is impossible to sleep without having the window open, but the kitchen and room were overall really functional and clean

Goldsmid house is wonderful. The location is excellent. Easy to commute both in London and out from here. The staff is very attentive and follow all the needs promptly. It is a very happy experience there.
